1Jack entered his first UMP Summernationals event of the 2013 season on Friday night at the 3/8 mile oval at Tri City Speedway (Pontoon Beach, Illinois). A stout field of 43 entries registered for battle in the $10,000-to-win event, and a fifth to second run in his heat race locked him into the eighth starting spot for the 40 lap feature. In the main event he raced in the top ten throughout the race before crossing the finish line in the ninth position.

Saturday night took the team Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for a $10,000-to-win event that attracted forty-seven Super Late Models to the 1/4 mile oval. Sullivan find himself behind the eight ball early in the night after struggling in time trials. He would fail to transfer to the feature via heat race and b-main action, which brought his night to an early end.

Monday evening's program at Peoria Speedway (Peoria, Illinois) fell victim to rain and will not be rescheduled.

1Jack Sullivan traveled to Northeast Arkansas Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas) over the weekend for the 3rd Annual Rockabilly, which was sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) Super Late Models.

On Friday night a strong field of thirty-nine entries took to the 1/4 mile oval to battle in a $1,500-to-win event. An eighth to second performance in his heat race positioned Sullivan starting second in the feature alongside pole sitter, Tony Jackson Jr. The team had high hopes for the finale, but a flat tire early in the race relegated Jack to a disappointing eighteenth place finish.

Saturday evening found the winner's purse increased to $3,000 as the team looked for better luck. A fifth to fourth performance in his heat race left him short of locking into the feature, and he had to run a b-main, where he finished second to lock into the eighteenth starting spot for the 45 lap finale. Jack passed five cars in the feature to register a thirteenth place finish.
