September 24th, 2016 - Top 10 Finish for Sullivan in Cotton Pickin' 100
On Friday night Jack Sullivan headed to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the Magnolia State Cotton Pickin’ 100. Drawing 62 Super Late Models for the two-day unsanctioned event, Sullivan locked his spot into the main event on Saturday night with a heat race victory. Rolling off 4th for the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Jack fell back to a 9th place outing after battling for the top spot in the early stage of the 100-lapper.

September 4th, 2016 - Sullivan Reels in Three Top 10 Finishes Over the Labor Day Weekend
Following the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Jack Sullivan kicked off the Labor Day Weekend on Friday night by visiting Crowley’s Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Arkansas) for the Labor Day Classic. After breaking a motor in hot laps and having to pull out his seconday car, Sullivan landed a Top 10 finish in the feature. Battling for a $3,000 payday, Jack posted a 7th place finish in the 30-lap opening night A-Main.

On Saturday the action resumed at Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Arkansas) for a chance at a $2,500 payday. Recording a 3rd place finish in his heat, Sullivan earned the 10th-starting position for the main event. Breaking into the Top 5, Jack improved five positions posting a 5th place finish behind Allen Tippen, Mason Oberkramer, Ray Moore, and Chris McElhenney.

Wrapping up the three-day stint with the CCSDS, Sullivan headed to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Sunday for another $2,500-to-win A-Main. Losing an oil pump while leading his heat Jack hopped in Tommy Surrett’s back-up car and used a provisional into the main event. Charging from the tail of the field, Sullivan gained fifteen positions in the 35-lapper scoring a 3rd place finish behind Hunter Rasdon and B.J. Robinson with Clay Fisher and Ray Moore trailing them across the finish line. Jack was awarded the Larry Shaw Race Cars Hard Charger Award for his performance in the feature. (Woody Hampton Photos)
