Sullivan Leads Every Lap of Will McGary Tribute at I-30
Kicking off a two-night stint in his home state of Arkansas, Jack Sullivan visited Old No.1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas) on Friday evening for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program. With 27 Super Late Models registered in for action, Sullivan secured his spot into the $2,000-to-win A-Main with a heat race victory. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the 35-lap affair, Jack scored a 5th place spot behind Robert Baker, Billy Moyer Jr. Timothy Culp, and Kyle Beard.
The following night with 21 cars on hand at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for the 2nd annual Will McGary Tribute, Sullivan bagged a 10-lap heat race victory locking him into the pole position for the feature honoring a late police officer killed in the line of duty. Leading from the drop of the green flag to the drop of the checkered, Jack Sullivan streaked to his second win of the season over Billy Moyer, Kyle Beard, Morgan Bagley, and Robert Baker. Jack picked up a $2,500 payday for his dominant performance in the emotional victory. (Woody Hampton photo)
